Jeffrey Combs' book From Procrastination to Production is a clear and concise description of the self defeating thoughts and patterns that keep us stuck and depressed. It encompasses many areas of our lives and behaviors that we use to sabotage our happiness and success, not limited to procrastination. As a therapist, I have read many books on psychology and self help and this book is absolutely one of the best I've ever read! Jeffrey outlines the problems and offers practical solutions, supportive feedback, and a new way of thinking that will transform not just your bad habit of procrastinating, but your whole life!

Almost every sentence is worth highlighting

Jeff Combs writes well and delivers his message well but WOW what a great book. Procrastination to Production is to date the book that I've highlighted the most. There is so much good material in this book that it is one of the dozen books that I have read more than one time. The trouble is, I found myself wanting to memorize all the great observations and conclusions Jeff draws so when discussing such matters, I would appear smarter than I am - sigh! If you are in sales, this book is a must have. [...]
